How to Print Address List in Word Document

If you want to print all contacts in address list into a word document you should follow these steps;
1- Open anew Document in Word.
2- Click on the Mailings tab.
3- In Start Mail Merge part select “Directory”.
4- Click on the Recipients.
5- Choose one of the items to insert your address list,
Here we want to insert our address from excel.
6- You can sort your list before print them.
Here we want to sort our list according to the grade of students.
7- Click ok.
8- Click on the Insert tab.
9- Click on the Table and create a table with your desired columns.
10- Click on the Mailings tab.
11- Click on the Insert Merge File and insert your desire field into the table which was created before.
12- Click on the Finish and Merge key.
13- Choose Edit Individual Documents…
14- In the “Merge to New Document” dialogue Choose “All” and then press Ok.
Here you can see all the recipient names in your document.
