1- Open your Word file and click on the “File” tab.

2- Click on Info.

3- Click on Protect Document and choose “Encrypt with Password”.

4- Enter your desired password.

5- Save your file.

6- Close your file.

7- Go to Open file and reopen your file again, you can see your file is password protected now.

8- Enter your password and see your text again.
