How to Reset Your TIDAL Password.

You may need to reset your password for a reason like forgetting the password. This problem is common among people. 1. Go to www.tidal.com/reset-password

2. Enter your email or username in the box.

3. Click continue.

4. TIDAL will send you an email or SMS containing a link to reset your password.

1. Go to my.TIDAL.com

2. Log into your TIDAL account with your username and password.

3. Choose Subscription.

4. Select Cancel My Subscription

1. Log into your TIDAL account with your username and password.

2. Tap My Collection.

3. Go to Settings and select Edit Profile.

4. Tap Manage Subscription.

5. Select Subscription then tap Cancel Subscription.

How to Change TIDAL Account Password on Desktop App.

If you are a TIDAL desktop app user, you can change your password account through the desktop app. Follow the steps below. You can also use the step-by-step pictures for a better understanding:

1. Click on the three-dot icon in the menu bar on the left.

2. Select Settings.

3. In the account section, select the Password option.

4. Enter your current password in the first field.

5. Enter your new password in the second field.

6. You need to confirm your new password by entering it again in the third field.

7. You need to click on Update option to submit the change.

How to Change Password on TIDAL Through the Web Client.

If you do not have the TIDAL desktop app, you can change your TIDAL account password using the TIDAL Web Client. Follow the steps with the pictures below to change your password through the Web Client:

3. In the account section, select the Password option.

1. Launch the TIDAL app.

2. Go to My Collection section.

3. Select the gear icon to go to Settings.

4. Select the Edit Profile option.

5. Click on the Email field, then enter the email address you wish to update the email associated with your TIDAL account.

How to Update the TIDAL Account Email Through the Desktop App.

There is an alternative way for updating your TIDAL account email address. If you have the TIDAL desktop app, you can change your linked email address to your TIDAL account. Follow the instructions below to update your email address. Two pictures are provided to show you the instructions better.

1. There is a three-dot icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Click on the icon.

2. Click on settings.

3. Click on the Email field, then enter the email address you wish to update the email associated with your TIDAL account.
