How to Coronavirus Spread;
The spread of COVID-19 or Coronavirus is similar to Flu, If someone who has COVID-19, start to cough or exhale, he will release droplets of infected fluid, most of these droplets fall on nearby surfaces and objects, such as desks, tables or telephones and so on. Other people could catch COVID-19 by touching contaminated and infected surfaces or objects and then touching their mouth, eyes or nose. Besides that, if a person who is healthy or not infected by virus stand near an infected person, I mean stands closer than one meter to an infected person, they can catch it by breathing in droplets which they cough out or exhale by them. According to WHO recommendation, Although most infected with COVID-19 experience mild symptoms and recover soon, some people experience more serious symptoms and may require hospital care.

1- People who have more than 40 years old. 2- People who have a weak immune system. 3- People with conditions such as diabetes, heart and lung disease.
How to Prepare for Coronavirus in your workplace
According to WHO recommendations, employers must start following these measures regardless of whether or not COVID_19 has arrived at that location; besides, they should reduce working days if COVID_19 arrives at their location to stop or slow down the spread of COVID-19.
1- Make sure your workplaces are clean and hygenic;
Clean surfaces (desks and tables) and Objects like Telephones and keyboards with disinfectant regularly.
Note; it’s very important that due to contamination on surfaces touched by employees and customers is one of the main ways that coronavirus spread.
2- Disinfect hands;
washing hands with water and soap, it’s very important due to it kills the virus in hands and prevent the spread of coronavirus, so employers must make sure staffs, employees and contractors have access to a place where they can wash their hands with soap and water.
employers should prepare enough sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the workplace and refill them regularly.
3- Respiratory hygiene in the workplace;
Using a face mask is very important for respiratory hygiene and employers must make sure their staffs especially who develop a runny nose and or caught at work have access paper tissues near themselves and closed recycle bins for hygienically disposing of them.
